With our SharePoint support packages we are offering the most flexible package available to support your SharePoint environment. Whether you require branding, migration, upgrade, custom webpart development, consultancy, disaster recovery planning, governance planning, or training we cover all areas.
We have setup our support package into days per month (Based on an 8 hour day) the minimum you can purchase is 1 day per month based over a 3 month period. We will monitor the time used and let you know when you are reaching your limit. We will charge you on a monthly basis ahead of time so this package makes it easy when it comes to budgeting and planning.
You can also make use of time ahead so you can purchase 3 days per month over a 6 month period making a total of 18 days (144 hours) but use this in the first month and we will just bill each month on a billing cycle of 6 months. You can then extend your package if you wish.
- We will require remote access to your SharePoint environment.
- We will monitor the time used and report to you when or if you are nearing your limit enabling you to extend or top up your package.
- Calls can be logged by email or direct to our team via phone/Skype.
